Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese healing technique. Acupuncture is based on the theory that chi (energy) flows throughout the body through meridians and is sometimes blocked by various ailments. Unblocking this results in good health.

Acupuncture involves inserting very thin needles in the skin at certain key points in order to promote or unblock the flow of chi. Electrical current, pressure or heat may be used in conjunction with needles.

Acupuncture is virtually painless. You may feel a slight tingling, itching, or numbness during the procedure, which is normal.

Acupuncture is used to treat nausea, migraines, menstrual cramps, osteoarthritis, stroke rehabilitation and many more ailments. Acupuncture is a very safe procedure.
