Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is a rehabilitation technique, which deals with alleviating physical discomfort, that a person may be facing. This technique can be used for recovering from an injury, physical constraints put in by health issues or relieving from long term chronic physical pain.

The aim of the therapy is to ensure that a person regains their flexibility, endurance, strength, balance and coordination. Most of the therapy processes involve some form of exercising. Apart from this, heat, water, cold, ultrasound or even electrical stimulation may be used on the patient. Various chronic ailments like back pain, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease or problems in ligaments or tendons have a cure in physical therapy.
